I have a problem.

I purchased my domain through namecheap.com, I've set up the name servers (I only used the two first, ns1.enjin.com and ns2.enjin.com), then I've set up the settings correctly on webpage settings and I've followed multiple guides on how to do this to perfection.
But despite waiting at least 24-48 hours and setting everything correctly, whenever I type this in my URL bar;

www.mydomainname.com

It sends me to a namecheap page (though with my domain in the url) and states the following;

Welcome! This domain was recently registered at namecheap.com. The domain owner may currently be creating a great site for this domain. Please check back later!
---

My domain wont send me to my website on enjin. Through the day today, its been 50/50 when the domain sent me to my website. Sometimes the url above worked and sometimes its just gave me the namecheap message....

Help anyone?

EDIT: Also, when I use " mydomainname.com " without "www." before it, then it always works and sends me to my website. It's whenever I put "www." before my domainname that this error comes up... Is it not propagated properly yet?

We have a Wiki specifically for NameCheap domains here: http://wiki.enjin.com/wiki/Namecheap_Domains
It looks like you need to use all 4 of the Enjin nameservers (ns1-ns4) for this. Please read through the Wiki, step-by-step, and see if that works for you. If you are still having trouble after following the steps in the wiki, please post back in this thread and someone will try to assist you further.

Yes, I started with using all four nameservers, then today, switched to 2 instead of 4 since it was working 50/50 and it seemed like something was wrong.

So, as per your request, I've now set it to all 4 nameservers again, but it's the exact same thing going on.

"www.mydomainname.com" does not work.

"mydomainname.com" works.

Why is this?

Can you post a screenshot of your DNS settings from your Enjin DNS panel?

Let me know if this is not what you wanted.

I've split the page into two screenshots;

Hey,

Your domain is working with and without the "www" in the front for me. This was most likely just due to domain propagation.

As I said it's 50/50 when it works and does not.

I just tried both and they worked. I've now waited about 30 mins, I do the same and its that namecheap.com message again.

I'm still getting the exact same issue.
The namecheap message I get when my domain does not send me to my webpage looks like this: http://puu.sh/3sedb.png

Works for me but I live in the Philippines. As Josh mentioned, it might be due to DNS propagation. Keep a track of the data on this site:

It's like my DNS can't take effect and stay there.

I go to that webpage you gave me, then it says all fine. Alright, great. DNS propagated.
Now one would think it would stay this way but no!

It works for about 15-30 mins, and then it sends me to namecheap page again. Then I go to the DNS webpage again (the one thomas gave me) and check, and now it's suddenly not propagated anymore.

Why won't my DNS stay propagated? It's been way over 48 hours and this should be working by now. It's starting to get on my nerves and I would really appreciate some actual help, instead of linking me guides that I've already followed.

Someone must know whats going on... Come on!
