Yes, you just need to use CSS

.navbar{
background-image:url('BACKGROUND URL');
background-repeat:repeat-all;
}

Using a tile would be ideal in that context: https://www.toptal.com/designers/subtlepatterns/

It is still giving me that issue and I've made sure I've downloaded everything and have redone it. God knows why?

I responded to your message - Follow the instructions and be sure to link the CSS / JS files to the files you downloaded (they will not link until you do this). Post back when you have performed this step.

Your link is not correct::https://files.enjin.com/1594926/bootstrap3/bootstrap.min.css

It might be the docs I created from a while back but the file manager links have a different format i.e:https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.enjin.com/1594926/bootstrap3/bootstrap.min.css

This is the reason why your links are failing (requesting from non-https source). Update to the https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.enjin.com/1594926/bootstrap3/bootstrap.min.css format and it should work. I will update the docs where necessary
