Armory Guild Import - Fetching data...

Hey Enjin Support

I have been trying to use the Armory Guild Import but it seems to be stuck on "
We are fetching your Armory Guild data...
" and nothing ever happens. I have search your forum for a fix but cant find any resent problems with this.

I have tried importing it multiple times and even deleted the game and added it again and still the same thing.
I don't know if there is anything else i could try or if it actually is broken right now?

Can you please look into this?

The guild i am trying to import is: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/guild/the-maelstrom/Divided/

Edit 23:15 Fri-27-2018: I have noticed that it fetches some characters but not many. It is stuck on 63 characters for me even though we have over 600 characters in the guild.
I have also noticed that if i add another game and choose one of the connected realms it will fetch some of those characters that we have in the guild that are from those servers. Feels like something is bugging out here. I could be wrong but i feel like this isn't how it should be working. I hope a fix for this is coming soon so i actually can manage my roster proberly

Greetings Nueva,

The Enjin Team has many things to deal with such as other glitches, support tickets, or fixing other current important issues such as your own. Chris or another administrator will respond to you once they can. They are only human and are very busy, so make sure to give them time to look into the problem that’s occurring.

In addition, this reply was only one week ago. Although Enjin is very good with providing quick support, it takes time to find the issue and address it properly. I am almost positive that an Enjineer will comment on this thread when it is fixed. :)
