Likely Bootstrap or similar as well; This part is a guess, based off of looking at the navi itself. For how to easily use such glorious navi's \ top menus , I'd suggest looking At Slayer's works. --- Onto the site itself: Seems like an efficient set-up, with all the parts organized quite well.
