Ever wandered through all the servers on any MC Server List or forum and haven't found the one YOU liked and enjoyed playing? Well, that time is up, because this is the server that is for you! I can ALMOST guarantee it Protocol is a year old server, we shut down for a couple months because the owner (me) had to move provinces... anyways, lets carry on! I always enjoyed the servers without all that crap pre-built for you. Like.."Here's a home, now you must live in it!" Seriously, how lame is that? This is Minecraft! Not My Little Pony. On Protocol, you get to build WHERE EVER, and WHEN EVER. You can create a town, a city, a freaking empire for all I care and recruit all your loyal citizens and go out on raids with other towns. It's up to you to decide where to build! Remember these KEY rules though, NO griefing what so ever, you MAY raid and STEAL crops/unlocked chests! You can LOCK your chests using LWC. Our main rule is pretty much NO griefing. If you grief, you will be banned. We are strict about that. Server Additions: We strive to make our players happy. More then half of these plugins listed below were by popular demand. Below is a list showing what we have, and what you can do on the server: Survival (Monsters DO spawn) [Day + Night] PvP [Player vs Player] There is PvP on this server, ANYWHERE! (unless protected by them at their own home. Freebuild anywhere! (Players have ended up making towns, if you want to join a town, you can just ask in-game) A large FRIENDLY ACTIVE community! NO PREMADE BUILDINGS FOR YOU Remember, it's a free build server! McMMO is active! As much as we love our PvP, we love to PvE! Lottery ever felt unlucky in real life? Don't worry! We can guarantee you a win with the lottery plugin! LWC (Locking Chests) Limitation of 5 locked chests/doors or furnaces. Found an open chest? Go ahead, steal the items! We won't do anything about it Nether and the End are enabled the ender dragon respawns twice a week! We have LogBlock plugin, able to find and rollback ANY griefer who has sadly, griefed your hard work! All you have to do is simply make a report on the forum and it will be handled asap! iConomy is enabled. (If you are unfamiliar with what iConomy is, look it up xD) Shops! (You can set up your own shop selling materials and gaining money (iCon) for it!) Questing! We have over 65 quests you can do, that range from a different of varieties. You get rewards in return! Cmdr Keen Posts: 1 Likes: +2 LEVEL 0	Protocol was the first server I was able to commit both my time and some money (through donations) and not feel guilty about it being wasted. Its not perfect but the staff are so helpful and theres alot of great players who both like to build (like me) and pvp (not like me lol im terrible) who are also willing to be fair and helpful. If your looking for a server where you can be with friends creating and and exploring and still be a part of player made communities of trust then Protocol is the place you wanna be and if you do come to visit come find me I can get you started if you give me a hand with some of my projects. guyoflego	MCProtocol was the first sever i logged on to when i got Minecraft a year ago, i have not played on any other sever. Protocol also has great plugins and clans that pvp battle from time to time. Over all MCProtocol is a great sever!!!!! Posted Apr 19, 12

Meaning, upon logging in (and leaving the spawn area, which isn't large), you'll be able to build a home. It goes without saying, however, that it's an active PvP server, therefore building so close to spawn is probably not in your best interest. The staff is open to ideas and games, always taking into consideration anything you might mention. They also actively check for grief, xrayers or hackers in general (daily, even). I'm fuzzy on the numbers, but I'd say there's an active community of about 50~ giver or take, all spread throughout the hours of the day (given some live even in Australia!). The server itself can hold 30 people, but we have our own VPS so the lag is minimum. I enjoy this server more than many that I've been on, though it was indeed my first server during my early days of Minecraft, and therefore feel slightly biased to say that. I invite you to try it out, and inspect it for yourself. And remember, if you have any questions, there's always someone who can help out =) Posted May 6, 12

Sponpi999 Posts: 1 Likes: 0 LEVEL 0	I've been playing protocol for more than a year. I started out at the end of April and to this very moment it never fails to amaze me. Before I found protocol, I was visiting other servers to see what multiplayer is like. I eventually made my way to protocol. There was something different about protocol that the other servers didn't, and to this day I still don't know what that feeling is. Maybe it's the people, the staff, the builds; I really don't know. Nevertheless, it is a very well organized server. The players are very nice and welcoming, the staff is always willing to lend a hand, the map is huge and the buildings people make are just simply astonishing and you should definitely check it out!
