Chargeback bans are not global so you're only be banned from the shops you've charged back from.

I've experienced this chargeback issue previously due to PayPal having issues and taking the money back. If you get an automatic chargeback ban then you're banned
globally this is not isolated to the shop you charged back from.
In regards to the original poster, contact the owner of the shop from which you initially charged back from ask them to remove your shop ban manually. Once this has been removed all other Enjin sites should update allowing you to purchase goods from their shop. If not simply ask the owner or support team of those specific sites.
