Is it possible for Enjin to message all users across the platform about this issue, remove the message button from profiles, or add a temporary warning to the message compose page until it's been resolved?
This glitch is a rather significant one, as it's not immediately obvious that the messages aren't working. The only "tell" is that the recipient's avatar doesn't appear above the message with the sender's, which isn't something most users are likely to notice. Folks are sending messages without realizing they aren't working.

The user messaging feature is still functional. The bug that has been reported in this thread is regarding the usability of the feature. Manually using the search bar in the message section to find a user you want to message still works.

If the user's avatar and name is blank, it wouldn't even let the user send the message so I don't know where you came up with that.
