Backgrounds in photoshop can be easy or extremely difficult it depends on what you're cropping out of the picture. It's highly unlikely that i will make photoshop tuts. Really not a fan of .gif avatars, always found them to be rather annoying. Then again It's not often I see them anymore, back when they were really popular I was on a slower connection and they'd kill my page load times.

This is a very general question not even really a criticism but it's something that I personally notice and can't stand. Why do websites have auto-play music/videos on the homepage? (I see it all the time.) Now I get why it's there, to add soul and create an atmosphere, because the team feels like it relates to them. However in practice it's extremely unfriendly and annoying for the users. Why? Because every time I re-visit a homepage I have to listen to that same exact song or even if its a play list (Songs.) Which kills my bandwith on ...

@gunn3r11 Gears has a really devoted competitive community, probably one of the better ones around. However it's following seems to be diminished as well, I know if you go by GB teams CoD is dominating everything in the FPS world... Which ironically I find CoD to be the least fun to watch, and less team based out of them all. On GB This Season There Are Active Teams. MW3 14k Gears 1k Halo Reach 240 That's under general team ladder for each game, doesn't include dubs or singles, or hardcore. I can't comment on the PC world.
