API shopping question

I wanted to be able to see the latest 100 purchases using the api as it says in its documentation, the only problem is that when i try to access it with the correct module ID as so:
http://www.WEBSITEGOESHERE.net/api/m-shopping-purchases/m/NUMBERGOESHERE
It gives me the "{'status':'error','error':'Access Denied'}" error! I'm messing up somewhere. I have the right number for the module.
Does anything else in the api URL need to change?
