I like it... I like it a lot. Front Home Page appears to have WAYYYYY too much going on. Break up some of the content and put it on other pages to make it less overwhelming. Less is more and I was thinking of joiniing up, but then realized how frustrated I was just forever scrolling on things on the homepage. Homepage is so busy... it actually lags while trying to mouse scroll on it. Plus... Your Page tabs are a little too abbreviated for the casual visitor/user to recognize. Sure... they make sense after you research, but what captures the attention of an on-looker? Also... I was a little confused as to the full identity of the site. I'm sure I could look around and figure it out... but maybe a small introduction in place of the massive SuperBowl video link would help attract casual members.
Not bashing... just giving you the criticism you were asking for.
