Site Wide Announcement System

Sometimes you just need to get the word out and the news module or a private message isn't enough. You need to get through to your players with a megaphone. We have developed the perfect solution!



The new site announcements feature allows you to broadcast really important news to your community. Site wide alert messages will appear as shown in the example. They can be triggered on specific conditions and shown to specific users.

To create announcements go to Site Admin > Settings > Site Announcements





Announcement features

• Create up to 2 site wide announcements on the Advanced plan or 25 on the Ultimate plan
• Supports multiple announcement at the same time
• BBCODE support for announcement messages
• Set when announcements appear
• Set who will see announcements
• Set expiration of announcements

Announcements can appear

• Immediately
• User has not visited site for x days
• New user logs in for the first time
• Appears to guest users only
• On x date / time (*coming soon)

Who will see this announcement?

• Select from registered users
• Per user tag / team / group

Announcement expires when?

• After users deletes it
• Remains until specific date
• Remains for x days after initial viewing

Auto maximize announcement screen

• This will auto open the announcement screen until the users closes it.
